Mr. Keku Bomi Gazder, CEO, AAI Cargo Logistics & Allied Services Co. Ltd, has had a distinguished career of nearly three decades in the aviation sector in the Middle East and India, handling senior positions in leading companies like Air FranceKLM Cargo, Martinair Cargo, Saudi Arabian Airlines, etc.
Since June 2017, he is associated with AAI Cargo Logistics and Allied Services Company Limited, a 100% subsidiary of Airports Authority of India, under the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India.
He looks after cargo and logistics activities at over 90 AAI airports, identifying business opportunities across various verticals of the company for future growth and formulating business strategies to be ahead of the competition in the cargo industry.
Recently, AAI Cargo Logistics and Allied Services Company Limited commenced the handling of In-line Hold Baggage Screening System at AAI managed airports.
He works in close association with the Ministry of Civil Aviation in his capacity for various projects.

Shri Kishore Kumar Senapati, is a Commerce Graduate with Honours from Calcutta University and Chartered Accountant (CA) of the 1997 batch from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He joined the Airports Authority of India (AAI) in 2001.
He has served in various Airports like Guwahati, Agartala, Bhubaneswar, Varanasi, Regional Headquarters – Eastern and North-Eastern, and Central Headquarters of AAI in different disciplines like Finance, Commercial, Station Head – Cargo, etc.
He has served as Airport Director with elan and helped increase the number of flights on non-RCS Routes with bigger-bodied aircrafts to various new and popular destinations like Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai and Patna for benefit of the flying public. He gave a facelift to the Airport with the aid of officials under him.
He has experience in the field of Budgeting, Budgetary Control, Expense monitoring, Revenue Monitoring, CAPEX, Treasury/fund management, Internal Control Review / Audit, Cost planning, Cost Control and Management, MIS development, Tax planning, Statutory compliance, implementing internal controls etc.

Sh. K. Selvakumar, has joined in Cargo discipline on 11.09.1989 immediately after his Post Graduation of Master of Business Administration specialization in Human Resource and Training & Development from Department of Management Studies (DOMS), Madurai Kamaraj University.
He is having three decades of rich experience in the cargo discipline and has served in managerial cadre at IGI Cargo Terminal, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Airport-Kolkata, Chennai International Airport, and at the cargo Head Quarters, New Delhi from the time of erstwhile International Airports Authority of India (IAAI) and in Airports Authority of India (AAI) & as an Chief Operating Officer in AAI Cargo Logistics and Allied Services Company Limited (AAICLAS).
He was instrumental in implementation of the Integrated Cargo Management System (ICMS) the cargo IT in the field formations, customized Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) which is having an annual capacity of more than 7 lakh MT at Chennai Airport, execution of construction of Phase-II, Phase-III terminals, more than 08 airside sheds including expansion of Elevated Transfer Vehicle (ETV) at Phase-II at Chennai Airport.
He has implemented 100% online generation of export TSP receipts & online import EDI segregation reports with Customs ICEGATE during the year 2007 itself. He was instrumental in policy framing for establishing Common User Domestic Air Cargo Terminals (CUDCT) across the country in the period 2012-2016 through Operations and Management (O&M) model as well as AAI self-handling mode. Taken lead role in integrating the International Courier Handling Operations at Chennai Airport in 2016 & ensured Chennai Air Cargo is a Modern and Digitized Integrated Air Cargo Terminal.
He had a major role in the formation of an AAI’s 100% subsidiary company named after AAI Cargo Logistics and Allied Services (AAICLAS) during his stint at AAI Head Quarters in the period 2012-2016.
He has played a major role as Chief Operating Officer (COO) since August 2019, in undertaking Inline Hand Baggage Security System (ILHBS) operations at 11 AAI Airports a different vertical, in establishment of Domestic Air Cargo Terminals with Regulated Agent (RA) status at Surat & Bhopal Airports followed by RA3 facilitations at Chennai and Kolkata Air Cargo Terminals while implementing Cargo Terminal Operator (CTO) concept from Feb’2021, and for approval of AERA tariff for AAICLAS cargo handlings at major Airports for the first control period 2019-20 to 2023-24.
He was actively participated in the handling of Lifeline Udaan Scheme initiated by Ministry of Civil Aviation, Govt. of India and represented MoCA in Central Control Room of the Ministry of Home Affairs during the initial lockdown of Covid-19, in Krishi Udaan Scheme and in the movement of vaccine across the country, during the pandemic period.
He is actively involved in framing policies on air cargo handling in close liaison & association with the Ministry of Civil Aviation, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Ministry of Finance and other regulatory authorities of Govt of India and engaged in augment Air Cargo infrastructure, handling capacity and digitization of all processes so as to reduce the dwelling time action of EXIM Cargo at Air Cargo Terminals.

Sh. Ajay Verma joined Airports Authority of India on 31-08-1988 immediately after his post-graduation in Mathematics. He had also acquired MBA specialization in Marketing and PG Diploma in Public Relations and PM&IR.
He is having 35 years of rich experience in the CNS & Airport Operations and served in managerial cadre at various airports and Central Head Quarter, New Delhi. He has joined AAI Cargo Logistics and Allied Company Services Limited (AAICLAS) on 24th May 2023 as a General Manager/Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
He is instrumental in developing the indigenous Smart- Visual Docking Guidance System (S-VDGS) as a project manager through AAI start-up & Make in India initiative project. He was actively involved in framing various policies on Terminal Management & Operations and Passenger facilitation. He has also played a major role in implementation of Public Grievance redressal Mechanism and accessible India Campaign for PwDs at AAI Airports.
He is involved in framing policies on Air cargo handling in co-ordination with MoCA, Ministry of Commerce and Industry and other regulatory authorities of GOI. He is engaged in Augmentation of Air Cargo Infrastructure, Capacity and Revenue source.
